The information presented in a kind of hastily put together presentation of the apartment and the city of Bordeaux from a folder provided in the studio was contradictory (for example, the password for the Wi-Fi differed from the presentation in French to the one in English!) I had to call Laëtitia, she gave me other instructions, then admitted that she didn't know the password, then, finally, she sent me a picture on WhatsApp to help me identify - among 1001 technical details - the place where the password could possibly be found). Throughout this communication - which took place exclusively in writing and which I have kept - I maintained a polite tone. All the greater was the surprise of Laëtitia's remark "Please remain courteous and respectful" (?????!!!) Finally, we called the same Laëtitia the day before the end of our stay to ask where we could keep our luggage for 4 hours after check-out time. She gave us the name of a luggage storage office on a nearby street (very good!) but when we asked on that street itself, the office was non-existent (very, very bad!) Our luck was meeting the lady who was in charge of cleaning the room, who kindly and efficiently gave us valuable directions."

Lo consiglio anche per la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici , 3 linee del tram passano a due minuti da casa quindi posizione ottima!! Pulito e ben tenuto! È al terzo piano senza ascensore , l'immobile è molto bello , ben tenuto , è situato in un viale alberato in una zona elegante e signorile. Quindi vale la pena fare anche 3 piani di scale!!"
